We started in Scarborough because this is our community. We saw youth in priority neighbourhoods who needed more than after-school programming. They needed structure. They needed consistency. They needed people who would show up for them every single week without exception.
To provide Scarborough youth with access to structured programming, positive mentorship, and wraparound support that builds discipline, confidence, and long-term resilience.
Consistency is the foundation of growth. Our program runs on a reliable schedule so youth always know where to be and what to expect.
No registration fees, no equipment costs, and meals provided at every session. We remove every barrier between a young person and this program.
We support youth in building confidence, discipline, and independence that carries well beyond the gym.
Every participant gets dedicated one-on-one time with a trained youth worker who is invested in their personal success.
