No. SmartBox Foundation is a fully funded community program. There is no cost to register or participate. Meals are also provided at every session at no charge.
The program is open to youth between the ages of 11 and 18 years old.
No prior experience is required. The program is designed to be welcoming and accessible to all youth regardless of athletic background.
Each session runs Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 to 6:30 PM and includes one hour of boxing training, 30 minutes for a nutritious meal, and 30 minutes of dedicated one-on-one time with a youth worker for homework help and personal support.
SmartBox runs on a 12-week cohort model. Each cohort has a defined start and end date. New cohorts are announced when registration opens.

Yes. A nutritious meal is provided at every session as part of the program structure. No child should have to worry about food to focus on learning.
We understand life happens. Please contact us in advance if your child will be absent. Consistent attendance is encouraged as the program is designed as a connected 12-week experience.
